Vacancy: Senior Java developer to start up PARX team

On Behalf of PARX, Ciklum is looking for Java developer with basics of German preferably.

PARX http://www.parx.de/en/ is one of the leading, certified salesforce.com partners for development and consulting in the German-speaking region and #1 in Switzerland. Our broad technical skill set allows us to offer integration services (Databases, ERP, etc.), Apex software development based on the force.com platform and support for the operation of applications from Appexchange.

Projects:

Skills Required

1. 3+ years experience in development and support of web-based applications Java, JavaScript, JSP

2. Very good knowledge of current web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript / AJAX, Web Services / SOAP, XML, etc.) and databases (ORACLE, MySQL, MS SQL Server, etc .)

3. Solid understanding of object oriented design and programming concepts

4. Intermediate level of English, spoken and written

5. Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Skills Desired

1. Experience in developing apps on the Force. com platform (Examples?)

2. Experience with web programming including PHP, Apache, IIS

3. Experience with SQL and relational database programming

4. Experience with JavaScript UI frameworks like Ext JS, jQuery

5. (OO) software design and development experience with Apex Code, Java, GAME / J, GWT, Spring, ExtJS / ExtGWT

6. experience with Linux-based, virtualized systems

7. German speaking / writing

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement innovative and exemplary applications on the Force. com platform

2. Review technical specifications and adapt those requirements into a Force. com application.

3. Design and develop highly scalable Force. com applications using Visualforce, Apex Code

4. Design and construct integrations allowing the application to exchange data with remote systems using Apex Code, XML and / or REST

Notes

· Developing in the Cloud (Limits, Knowlegde, familiar with data not local…)

· Not one big project, several smaller ones (switching between different projects/customers)

· from “low” level to high level tasks (big scope)

· One of the first Google APPS Partner in Europe

· Member of the VMforce Alpha Programm (only 20 companies worldwide)
