Head of development is required to startup offshore in big Danish company

On Behalf of Danish Privately Held company of 200-500 employees size* Ciklum is looking for candidates to start up offshore and become Head of development in Minsk.

Essential job functions: Define platform architecture, define technical solutions used in the platform, supervise development, QA, deployment and partially operation processes from technical point of view, review source code and test cases, build proper deployment flows. Additionally, hire personnel as needed, participate in product roadmap development, provide estimates to the organization, build strong development process.

General requirements:

* Higher technical education

* 5+ years in architecture, deployment and project management

* Fluent English oral and written

* Responsible, goal-oriented, proactive

Technical Requirements:

Critical:

* Java (J2EE)

* jsp

* Ant

* resin/Tomcat

* MySQL

* Hibernate

Desired:

* Postgresql or Oracle

* NoSQL technology

* High scalability systems principles

* Google Adwords, google search, twitter, youtube, and similar big systems architecture
