Looking for Mobile Team Leader

On behalf of Steely Eye Digital Media (www.steelyeye.com) Ciklum is looking for Team Leader for the new team in Minsk.

Main responsibilities:

• Leading the team from project/business perspective;

• Planning of releases and tasks;

• Estimating tasks;

• Planning and management of project deadlines;

• Suggest quality controlling practices and actions;

• Pro-active communication with the client office;

• Providing status updates and escalation of issues on timely manner;

• Motivating the employees;

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

Several years of experience developing for various mobile platforms. Understanding of fundamentals of iPhone, Android, Symbian, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile. Hands-on experience programming for mobile devices with Java and C/C++ or C#.

The team will be run based on Agile/Scrum methodology - the development must quickly adapt to business needs.

Knowledge

· Java , C/C++ or C# for mobile platforms;

· HTML, JavaScript, XML;

· Mobile software functional and technical design;

· WebServices, Databases

· Coaching, motivation and team leading

Competences

· Communication skills;

· Good sense of responsibility for quality and the end-result;

· Pro-active personality;

· Natural leader;

· English – Fluent
